Martha Stewart’s Paris Culinary Adventures and Snoop Dogg’s Hotel Kitchen Setup

While the world turned its eyes to Paris for the Olympics and fashion week, Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg turned the City of Light into their own culinary playground—with wildly different tastes.

Snoop’s No-Snail Policy

According to Martha Stewart, who co-hosted NBC’s Olympic coverage, Snoop wasn’t exactly adventurous when it came to French cuisine. “He brought his own chef to Paris,” Stewart said with a laugh before the Libertine fashion show at Elizabeth Street Garden in New York. “They had a hot plate in the hotel, and he ate chicken and rice. He’s very particular!”

One memorable moment came when Stewart tried to convince Snoop to taste escargot—a famous French delicacy of buttered snails—at the Michelin three-starred Le Cinq. Snoop declined in dramatic fashion, tossing the snail aside and opting for a piece of bread instead. “You’re so weird!” Stewart exclaimed, laughing.

Martha Dines in Style

While Snoop was sticking to comfort food, Stewart embraced the Parisian fine dining scene. She raved about La Renommée, a spot recommended by renowned chef Daniel Boulud, and also praised Le Voltaire, a Left Bank staple with deep cultural roots.

As a self-proclaimed adventurous eater, Stewart used the trip to indulge in the city’s most refined menus—and clearly loved every bite.

Front Row at Libertine

Back in New York, Stewart dazzled in a full Colefax botanical-print ensemble as she attended Libertine’s Spring 2025 runway show at the charming Elizabeth Street Garden. Sitting beside designer Thom Browne, she commented on her outfit: “It’s so beautiful and garden-appropriate.”

She also showed off her collection of Slim Keith tops, pants, and jackets, which she owns in five colors.

The runway was equally vibrant, with co-founder and creative director Johnson Hartig showcasing exuberant prints like coral patterns, blooming roses, and bold cityscapes. From flowing kaftans to sharply tailored coats, the collection embodied optimism and flamboyance.

A Tale of Two Tastes

Though Stewart and Snoop might not share the same culinary preferences, their chemistry and contrast remain endlessly entertaining. As Stewart joked, “You could definitely see Snoop rocking one of the men’s jackets from the show—as long as there aren’t any snails printed on it.”
